I. ORIENTATION
All parents are required to attend an orientation prior to the first day of class

II. PAYMENT
For ease and convenience, there are 2 options for payments of the OP36 program this semester, Full Payment or Installment Payment.
OPTION 1. Full payment
This option will allow for a single payment via check made out to Heal My Swing for registration and class fees to Coach Brandon. If this is not a viable option, please use the monthly installment option listed in Option 2.
Please make the indicated payment based on your player’s status this semester from the following Player Status Payment Level:
1A. New Student Level -Student Starter Pack, Annual Registration, and Semester
Fees: $1000
1B. Returning Student I : $925 (for students who have surpassed a year since last annual registration, or are in their 3rd consecutive semester).
1C. Returning Student II :$825 (for students who played in the immediate previous semester and paid annual registration fee).
PAYMENT OPTION 2: INSTALLMENT
If you are electing to make monthly installments for Op36, there are 2 steps to
installment payments to complete your player’s registration.
Step1: Registration Fee Payment
Please make the indicated payment based on your player’s status this
semester from the following Player Status Payment Level:
A. New Student: $175
B. Returning Op36 Student Registration Fees $100.00
(Op36 annual Registration Fees.
If this is your 3rd consecutive semester it’s time to renew. Op36 registration
fees are configured on a 12 month accruing calendar year.)
C. Returning Student, Consecutive Semester 2
If you are a returning student and have paid your annual fee this past semester, move to
step 2.
Step 2: Installment Setup
Payments will be paid each month through 3 monthly installments of $284.65, with the initial payment made the day of the installment agreement and subsequent payments on a monthly basis, until complete.
